What this notice means
A cookie is a small file a site can store. This desk does not set analytics cookies and does not set advertising cookies. The notice on the page stores a preference in localStorage under the key cookieConsent.
The choice
Accept or decline both record that you answered. The banner then stays hidden. A separate session value, eduNoticeSeen, remembers that you closed the education notice until the browser session ends.
What is not here
There is no analytics package and no third-party advertising tag. Fonts and the icon stylesheet are requested from their hosts; that is a network request, not a cookie set by this desk.
Managing the choice
You can clear site data for truecanadainvest.com in your browser settings. The notice will show again after the stored key is gone. Blocking storage does not block reading. It only means the notice may return on the next visit.
How long
cookieConsent stays until you remove it. eduNoticeSeen lasts for the session.
